1. How far in advance should I make my reservation?

As soon as your travel plans are confirmed, as all equipment rentals are based upon availability. If you do have a last minute reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your request. There will be no any additional fees for last minute reservations. If an item is available at the time of your request we will be happy to supply it.During holidays and peak travel times, certain items have limited availability so early reservations are recommended.

2. How do I make a reservation?

Click on the picture and options will be displayed. You will be able to choose the items you need and add the items to the shopping bag. Once you have your rental items in the shopping bag, there is an option to proceed to check out. One day rental is for 24 hours. If you have any questions, please email us at babygear@buffaloniagarababyrental.com or call us at 716-525-8884. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks or cash (payment with cash still requires a valid credit card on file). Checks must be received prior to delivery, with sufficient clear time and issued from a US bank. You can make  reservations and payment over the phone if you choose not to go through our website.

3. How do you ensure the safety of the equipment?

Buffalo Niagara Baby Rental provides only top quality items in excellent condition from highly respected baby equipment manufacturers. All items are thoroughly sanitized before each rental. All crib linens, and car seat covers are washed before delivery. We carefully check over our baby gear for any wear and tear. We monitor the US Consumer Product Safety Commission list of recalled items closely to ensure our baby equipment does not have any recalls. All our car seats are purchased new, have expiration dates on them and are compliant with state car seat expiration laws. We are unable to install car seats due to liability reasons ( but will be happy to supply manual for you upon request ). If applicable we do register our products with the manufacturer. All our cribs meet federal safety regulations that were in effect as of December 28, 2012. We do not offer any rentals on any drop-down cribs or standard crib bumpers (breathable bumpers available).

4. What do I need to do to arrange delivery?

We can have your items delivered to a hotel, car rental location (Certain car rental locations will  require customer meeting our delivery driver directly to deliver or pick up equipment prior to returning a rental vehicle or after picking up a rental vehicle ), private residence, campground, banquet/wedding facility, ski resort or B&B. If you have any special delivery instructions, please add it on when making your reservation. Most car rental locations and hotels are very accommodating to little guests and are happy to work with Buffalo Niagara Baby Rental in arranging a smooth delivery.

5. Is there a delivery charge ?

Yes, there is a one-time drop-off/pick-up fee, determined by the delivery location. The delivery fee is to cover fuel/tolls/miles.We deliver to Niagara Falls, Lockport, North Tonawanda, Lewiston, Youngstown, Elma,Wheatfield, Amherst,Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Clarence, Grand Island, Kenmore,Tonawanda, Hamburg, Lancaster,Snyder,Depew, Penfield, Pembroke, East Aurora, Rochester, Greece, Fredonia, Bemus Point and Williamsville and any surrounding areas. If you are outside this area please just contact us and we can arrange delivery and quote custom delivery rates to your area. We are willing to travel within a 100-mile radius.  Items will be conveniently delivered to you from our warehouse. We can deliver evenings (till 9 pm) and weekends at no additional cost.  Request to have items delivered or picked up on a holiday (such as: Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Forth Of July, Memorial Day or Labor Day) will incur an additional fee. 

6. What if I need to cancel my order ?

Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled delivery receives a full refund. If cancellations are made 48 hours or less from scheduled delivery you may be charged a 25.00 fee but will be refunded the remaining amount of your order. No refunds after delivery is made.

7. I need a specific item and I don't see available on your website ? 

If there is an item, you need that is not on our site, contact us at babygear@buffaloniagarababyrental.com and we will do our best to provide it for you. If you will need linens such as fitted crib sheet, it can be added to your order upon request at no additional cost.

8. Will I receive the exact item shown ?

Buffalo Niagara Baby Rental only carries top quality baby products. If exact item pictured is not available you will receive a like item of same quality, as our items are based upon availability.

9.What types of payment do you accept ?

We accept payment through all major credit cards and PayPal do not need to have a PayPal account to make a reservation. We accept all major credit cards through a secure checkout. PayPal is able to process payments globally, which makes it easier for our international customers to make reservations. If you choose not to make reservation and payment online you have the option of doing so over the phone.

10. If an item is returned broken, damaged, with excessive soiling or a car seat has been in an accident in my possession will I be charged ?

One of the conveniences of our service is our staff will launder all linens and thoroughly clean and sanitize the baby equipment. We just ask that items not be returned with excessive soiling, food or dirt on them. If items are returned with excessive soiling, in disrepair, missing pieces or broken you may be subject to a cleaning or replacement fee. We will reach out to you prior to charging any damaged item fee. If you are renting one of our car seats and were to have any type of auto accident we encourage you to speak up and tell us for the safety of all babies. We will immediately take the car seat out of our rental inventory and you will not be held liable for any damages or replacement charges.

 11. Is the equipment cleaned between every rental ?

Definitely ! All our baby equipment is thoroughly sanitized and cleaned after each rental! Babies safety and comfort is our number one priority. We use cleaner such as Seventh Generation to disinfect our hard-surface products, as they have been shown to kill 99.9% of common household germs, safe for babies and our environment. Our soft items such as sheets, mattress pads, and car seat, highchair,and swing covers are laundered in hot water using fragrance-free, Eco-friendly laundry detergent (Seventh Generation). For the health of babies with allergies or sensitivities ,we do not use fabric softeners on any of our washable products.

 12. Should I rent a car seat from Buffalo Niagara Baby Rental or the car rental company ?

Our car seats are all purchased new, we comply with car seat expiration dates laws and each individual car seat is cleaned after every use. We remove the fabric seat and it is machine washed with no dye detergent and all plastic is sanitized. Our car seats rent at very competitive prices, almost always lower than car rental locations. Buffalo Niagara Baby Rental registers every car seat so we can be notified of any recalls immediately. Certain car rental locations will  require customer meeting our delivery driver directly to deliver or pick up equipment prior to returning a rental vehicle or after picking up a rental vehicle.We also assure all our customers that if you are renting one of our car seats and were to have any type of auto accident we encourage you to speak up and tell us for the safety of all babies. We will immediately take the car seat out of our rental inventory and you will not be held liable for any damages or replacement charges.



13. What are New York State car seat laws ?
